Executive Committee

Our Executive Committee is composed of 8 members. It embodies the values of our group and provides decision-making functions on the operational management of the group's clinics, coordinates project management and contributes to the development and implementation of the overall strategy.



Alain FLÜCKIGER

General director - CEO

Alain Flückiger worked for several years at Serono and Suisse Assurances. He was a member of the Executive Committee of Vaudoise Assurances for 10 years, then CFO and Vice-CEO Head of the "Finance and Service" department of Intras Assurances SA for 5 years, following the takeover of Intras by CSS, and became a member of the Group's General Management for 8 years.

His extensive experience in the specific fields of insurance and health care enabled him to become a member of the boards of directors of many important companies in Switzerland, such as Médidata SA, SSS SA, Sasis SA, SVK SA, Tarifsuisse SA and a member of the strategic committee of Forum Managed Care. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Medidata SA and Hotela Assurances SA as well as a member of the Conseil du Foyer and Bénévolat Vaud.

He joins our group as CEO in 2017.




Benjamin MENOUD

Director of Finance, Billing and Insurance - CFO

Benjamin Menoud holds a Master of Arts HSG in Banking and Finance. He started his career in the industry at Otis, successively holding the roles of Internal Controller, Management Controller and Head of Accounting. He acquired solid skills in financial accounting, reporting and budgeting processes, which he validated by obtaining a Swiss Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling.

His curiosity and his desire to invest beyond his main activity led him to occupational benefit planning. As vice-president of the Otis pension fund and president of its investment committee, he contributed to the redesign of the pension plan and the investment strategy. Finally, he joined the healthcare sector by joining the management of the Lausanne private clinics of the Hirslanden Group as Head of Finance.

Deciding to continue his commitment to the hospital sector, he joined the Clinique CIC Suisse Group in November 2022 as Director of Finance, Billing and Insurance - CFO.




Julien BERNARD

Operating director - COO

Julien Bernard has been working for over 15 years in the private clinics of international groups. After graduating from university with a degree in finance and business management, followed by a diploma in performance management from HEC Paris, he has always been keen to evolve and perfect his knowledge in the different areas of business.

Since starting out in 2003, Julien has held a variety of management roles, in both the financial and operational sectors. After several years spent with fiduciaries as a customer portfolio manager and business development expert, he joined the Ramsay Santé group in 2010 as Clinical CFO, before taking over as CFO of a division in France.                                                                    In 2016, he joined the Vivalto Santé group, working to develop the territory and successfully integrate the facilities acquired in the Île de France region until 2021, then in the Eastern region.

A recognized expert within the Vivalto Santé group for his ability to optimize processes, consolidate results and effectively lead teams, he has been mandated since early 2023 to support the Clinique CIC Suisse group in its integration and development. Building on this successful collaboration, he will join the Group as Chief Operating Officer in November 2023.




Svetlana BANJANAC

Director of Medical Care and Quality

Svetlana Banjanac is a highly qualified health care professional with over 30 years of experience in the field of quality care. Beginning as a registered nurse, Svetlana has held several key management positions in various hospitals in the canton of Valais over a period of 20 years before specializing in the field of quality management with a master's degree in Quality & Strategy Management and training in risk management.

She was also a member of the foundation board of the Prévoyance Santé Valais pension fund and a general councillor for the city of Sierre.

She joined our group in 2022 as Quality Manager, where she brings her expertise based on continuous improvement and the implementation of a culture of quality care and patient safety. Thanks to her strong leadership skills and commitment, she was quickly entrusted with the position of Director of Medical Care and Quality.




Elise RAYNAL

Director of Communication and Patient Experience - CMO

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management from Saint Leo University in Florida since 2016, Elise Raynal joined our team as a marketing and communication manager. She then continued to develop her skills at Baruch College in New York and at CREA-INSEEC in Lausanne, which led to her Master's degree in digital marketing & communication in 2020, with a specialization in data driven strategy.

Her expertise and operational knowledge of the clinics during the last years, earned her a place in the group's management committee as Director of Communication and Patient Management.




Carole ROULET

Human Ressource Director - CHRO

Carole Roulet is an experienced professional in the fields of accounting and human resources management. She holds a Swiss federal diploma in accounting, and began her career as an accountant in various industries. Over the years, the nature of her assignments led her to take on personnel management responsibilities. In 2003, she obtained her federal diploma in personnel management. Carole has worked in various industries, including the Rivaz mill, Breguet watches, Eurographia, Lenglet Graphic, Cipag and Rieder Systems, as well as in the administrative management of the BOAS group, which specializes in EMS.

As a member of the management of Medelec SA, a specialist in the manufacture of tubing for medical devices, she made a significant contribution over almost 10 years to the growth and success of this company, which was acquired in 2018 by the American group Resonetics.

Joining our Group in September 2023 as Human Resources Director, she contributes to strengthening our team, bringing her business expertise and her values of fairness, respect and honesty.




Fabrice RAYNAL

Director of Real Estate and Facility Management - CFMO

Fabrice Raynal has an atypical career. After working for the French Army for 15 years, he joined Dr. Maire, founder of the Clinique CIC Suisse group, to support him in his various projects. For 18 years, he followed the evolution of the group since its creation and held several operational positions until he was given responsibility for the group's global development, from hospital planning to human resources.

With his experience in the design of clinics, Fabrice has acquired a marked expertise in the architectural and technical needs of hospitals, and now holds the position of Director of Real Estate and Facility Management of the group.




Stéphane DÉRIVE

Director of Information Systems - CIO

With more than 25 years of expertise in information systems strategy and governance to his credit, Stéphane Dérive is marking a new chapter in his career by joining our Group's Management Board in July 2023 as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

He began his career with a Master 2 in Information and Knowledge Systems at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in various industrial sectors on an international scale, implementing a wide range of business management solutions.

As a member of senior management, he has had the opportunity, thanks to a dynamic of digital modernisation and through process-oriented methodologies, to demonstrate his value in combining 3 essential factors for the health of a company; cost reduction, improved efficiency and data security.
